Rob Herner

Rob and his wife, Elise, came to Bloomfield Township fourteen years ago to raise their children, Ross (20) and Erin (17), because of the outstanding reputation of the Bloomfield Hills School District.

For the past two years, Rob has served on the Bloomfield Hills School Board. He has held the positions of secretary, chairperson for the Finance Facilities and Legal Affairs committee and board representative of the New High School Building Leadership Team.

Rob has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit. This strong educational foundation has served him well in his professional endeavors. Rob was the founder/president of a successful technology firm, REH Associates, for over 20 years and has been actively mentoring, advising and helping to secure funding for many of the area’s entrepreneurs.
